I know a lot… but I don't always feel confident.
You've done the courses. You understand the theory. But when you're faced with live cases, you still second-guess yourself.
Join our 3-month mentorship for coaches & physios who want to sharpen the way they assess, think and coach - and build a career around their expertise.
“What actually matters for this client?”
...then this mentorship was built for you.
Secure Your Place in Cohort #3You've done the courses. You understand the theory. But when you're faced with live cases, you still second-guess yourself.
You can collect endless amounts of information. The difficult part is deciding what's relevant and acting on exactly that info.
You find something in an assessment. Great. Now what? The bridge between what you see and what you actually do isn't always clear.
Knee pain becomes knee exercises. Achilles pain becomes calf exercises. But you know the human body is more complex than simply treating the area that hurts.
You've learned different systems from different practitioners. But instead of one clear process, you've ended up with lots of separate pieces.
You want to know how to progress people beyond simply feeling better.
You want to confidently guide the journey from
PAIN → REHAB → STRENGTH → RUNNING → PERFORMANCE.
You don't need a bigger toolbox. You need a repeatable system to move from a client assessment to clear decisions — every single time. This is that spine:
FROM THE COMMUNITY
JULIEN — [COACH & PHYSIO STUDENT]
It was a really special community
full of inspiring, driven and smart people!!
I'm so grateful to be able to grow my own business alongside other amazing people in this mentorship”
DEVANSH — [REHAB & PERFORMANCE COACH]
This isn't a library of videos you'll never finish. It's a live, guided process with weekly calls that really force you to critically think, reflect, iterate & grow.
The practitioners who make the biggest progress all share one thing: they've learned to connect the pieces and take action.
THE CURRICULUM
Click each phase below to see exactly what we'll cover.
Stop looking at symptoms. Start seeing the person.
This phase lays the foundation for everything that follows.
Before we can talk about interventions, strength programs or return-to-running plans,
we need to improve the way we understand & observe movement, assess and think.
Inside this phase:
- Use the gait cycle in your practice and apply it as a first principle in observing movement
- How to assess clients holistically
- Move beyond symptom-first thinking
- Learn what you're looking for and why you're looking for it
- Begin to recognise patterns across the whole system
- Develop a clearer assessment process
The outcome:
You'll begin approaching assessments differently, with greater structure, purpose and an understanding of the bigger picture.
Turn what you see into interventions that matter.
An assessment is only useful if it changes what you do next.
This phase is where we begin connecting observation and assessment to real-world cases.
Inside this phase:
- Real case studies
- Assessment → Intervention
- Understanding what information actually matters
- Prioritising findings
- Designing interventions with intention
- Creating programs that produce meaningful results
- Giving clients what they need, when they need it.
- Practical application of the Pain → Performance process
- Developing your decision-making process
- Creating a coaching experience clients won't get everywhere else
The outcome:
You'll become better at turning assessment findings into clear, purposeful interventions and programs.
Understand the system behind the movement and communicate in a way that creates trust.
Movement and pain don't exist in isolation. To become a better practitioner, you need to understand more than muscles and joints. You also need to understand how the nervous system influences movement, pain and perception and how the way you communicate can shape a client's understanding, confidence and overall experience.
Inside this phase:
- The role of the nervous system
- Understand the CNS & PNS
- How the nervous system can influence movement
- Recognise nervous system and pain related patterns
- Question whether what you're seeing actually makes sense
- Pain vs sensation
- Understand how language can influence a client's perception of pain and movement
- Communicate complex concepts in a simple, clear and reassuring way
- Build trust and confidence through better communication
- Ask better questions and listen more effectively
- Help clients understand the “why” behind your assessment and interventions
- Communicate without creating unnecessary fear or dependence
- Develop a broader perspective when working with clients
The outcome:
You'll develop a deeper understanding of the systems influencing movement, pain and sensation, while becoming more intentional in the way you communicate with your clients.
The goal is not only to understand what may be happening, but to explain it in a way that helps your clients feel informed, confident and involved in the process.
Build a roadmap from Pain → Performance.
Great rehabilitation isn't a random collection of exercises.
It needs direction.
Inside this phase:
- Local → global rehabilitation strategy
- Functional anatomy & biomechanics of the upper body & ribcage
- Mobility & function of the upper body under load
- Understand where a client currently sits in their rehab journey
- The different phases of a Pain → Performance journey
- Know what needs to happen next with your clients
- Guide clients toward higher levels of capacity and performance
The outcome:
You'll begin developing a framework that helps you understand where your client is, what they need and where they're going next.
Become exceptional and build a career around it.
Being a great practitioner matters.
But if you want autonomy, financial stability and a long-term career doing work you love, you also need to understand business.
Inside this phase:
- Business foundations
- Finances 101 - how to set them up from the beginning
- Understand your numbers so that you can financially plan
- Marketing 101
- Transitioning from employment into self-employment
- Understand the basics of taxation
- How to position yourself as a practitioner
- How to market your expertise both short term and long term
- How to attract your dream clients
- Create a business that supports the career you want
The outcome:
You'll develop stronger foundations for building a sustainable, profitable career around your expertise, while learning how to market yourself in a way that feels authentic and manageable.
Stop prescribing exercises. Start programming with intention.
A good strength program isn't defined by how clever the exercises look.
It's defined by whether they meet the needs of the person in front of you.
Inside this phase:
- Entry points for a strength program
- Understand volume
- Understand intensity
- Understand intention (UNDERRATED!)
- Understand the importance of positions & levers
- Select exercises with purpose, relative to each client case and their goals
- Know the goal behind each exercise
- Progression and regression of exercises / principles
- Design programs that create meaningful change for your clients
- Connect strength work to the wider Pain → Performance journey
The outcome:
You'll become more intentional with exercise selection and program design, while also becoming clearer about the reason behind everything that you're prescribing.
Confidently guide someone from injury back to running.
Running places large demands on the body.
Understanding those demands allows you to make better decisions when working with runners and active clients, particularly when progressing them from Pain To Performance.
Inside this phase:
- Running analysis - begin seeing movement more effectively during running
- Understand the loads involved in running
- How to assess runners - the key things to look at and how they are interconnected
- Return-to-running decision making
- Running-specific program design
- Build appropriate progressions from injury back to running
- Understand the different factors of running performance and how to address them
- Connect rehabilitation, strength and running into a holistic program
The outcome:
You'll develop a clearer framework for assessing runners and progressing clients from rehabilitation back into running, with clear biomechanical reference points (what you're looking at), along with clear progressions to actually return your clients back to running.
Bring everything together.
The final phase isn't about adding more information.
It's about connecting everything you've learned.
Inside this phase:
- Bringing assessment and intervention together
- Connecting gait, movement and rehabilitation
- Integrating strength
- Integrating running
- Connecting Pain → Performance
- Reflect on your decision-making process
- Refine your own practitioner system
- Understand how the different parts of the mentorship fit together & why
The outcome:
Reflect on and refine your coaching system so that you can continue applying and developing it in the real world, so that you never stop learning.
WHO IS THE GAME-CHANGER MENTORSHIP FOR?
This mentorship is built for ambitious practitioners who want to think better, coach better and build something meaningful.
You care more about improving your practice than collecting more qualifications.
You want to understand why you're doing what you're doing — without constantly second-guessing.
From assessment to intervention, you want a framework you can actually rely on.
Movement, gait, strength, biomechanics, running and the wider presentation — not just the painful area.
And you want to become better at taking them all from Pain → Performance.
More intention. Better progressions. Less random exercise selection. Better results.
Whether you're employed or already self-employed, you want better foundations, positioning and autonomy. You want to be that which you know deep down you can be.
You want ambitious practitioners who challenge you to think, improve and raise your standards.
You don't need to know everything. But you do need curiosity, humility and a genuine drive to get better.
This mentorship requires participation, conversation and application.
We're developing how you think & act — not handing you another bag of tricks.
The focus is application and ability, not qualification collection.
The best practitioners stay curious and are willing to question what they believe.
The cohort works because the people inside it actively take part, support each other & grow together.
We'll bring the mentorship, education, cases and framework. It's your job to implement it and to be proactive with your daily actions.
We know what it's like to want to become better. To take course after course. To hear different practitioners explain completely different systems. To wonder which framework is right and how everything fits together.
Eventually, we realised something important:
THE GOAL IS TO DEVELOP THE ABILITY TO THINK FOR YOURSELF AND TAKE ACTION.
That's what we want this mentorship to help you do.
We're bringing together the lessons, frameworks, mistakes and experiences that shaped the way we work today.
Not because our way is the only way. It isn't.
But because we want to give you principles, frameworks and conversations that help you develop your way, so that you truly express yourself as a practitioner.
COHORT #3
THE INVESTMENT
This isn't an investment in another folder of information. It's an investment in the practitioner you're going to continue being, long after the mentorship ends.
GAME-CHANGER MENTORSHIP — COHORT #3
Cohort #3 begins 1st March 2027.
Places are intentionally limited to protect the quality of the mentorship.
13 WEEKS LATER...
We want you to notice a real difference in the way you assess, decide, coach and communicate.
“I assess with more clarity and know what information actually matters.”
“I'm better at connecting what I see to what I do.”
“My interventions and programming have more intention.”
“I'm more confident taking clients from Pain → Performance.”
“I ask better questions and communicate more clearly.”
“I have more direction in my career, along with a bigger network of practitioners that I can keep learning from.”
Both.
The mentorship is designed for coaches, physios & other practitioners (osteos, physicians etc.) who want to improve the way they assess, reason, program and coach people through the journey from Pain → Performance.
The Game-Changer Mentorship runs for 13 weeks.
You have lifetime access to the Mentorship modules, so you can watch them back after the Mentorship cohort has been completed.
It will take time to integrate your learnings from the Mentorship, so it will be valuable for you to look back at the module contents for your benefit down the track.
